Clothing tips .. Is it acceptable to do?
I bought a skirt of leather on the Vintage market not long ago and I am not satisfied with the length. With a shorter length, I'd be happier. If I used scissors to cut a few inches of fabric would be you think? Thank you for your help!
I go for it, if the hem at the bottom so it is not frayed. You can always have a tailor. good luck:)
