I want to start selling crafts on eBay, but not sure of shipping methods available here in India.?

I want to start an online store on eBay (or any other web site). My items are sold to antiques, crafts, folk arts, etc. .. I am physically located in the India and my inventory is here. But I have no idea how to ship items internationally. Cost effectiveIs iterms sell like that? Can EBay people take care of my shipment?
